Business Development Manager (M/F)

Your tasks

  • actively identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities (Tier 1 & OEM)
  • attend customer meetings and represent the company in the Czech Republic and abroad
  • prepare technical quotations and cost calculations in cooperation with engineering teams
  • support customer projects from RFQ through SOP
  • participate in trade fairs and deliver technical presentations

Your profile

  • minimum technical secondary education (preferably in mechanical engineering)
  • proven experience in technical sales or business development (min. 3 years)
  • strong knowledge of materials and injection moulding processes (essential)
  • knowledge of stamping and plating processes
  • ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • fluent English for daily business use (German is an advantage)
  • valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel
